Ask me about:

As an Associate at TEF, Gretchen brings a creative and analytical perspective to complex institutional projects.

Before joining TEF, Gretchen worked as a Medical Architect Planner for Kaiser Permanente, where she helped establish benchmarks and design standards for healthcare environments across a national system. That experience sharpened her ability to recognize patterns, question assumptions, and translate complex operational needs into design strategies with lasting value. At TEF, she applies this perspective to healthcare, higher education, and workplace projects, bringing a strategic, research-informed approach that considers how each space supports the larger organization around it. A LEED Green Associate, Gretchen brings a strong interest in sustainability and long-term performance to her work.
