Since 2023, Marcela has been a key member of TEF’s accounting department, helping projects run smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her accuracy, organization, and collaborative spirit, she works closely with project managers and colleagues to keep budgets organized, timelines on track, and information flowing. With a keen eye for detail and process, Marcela ensures that the administrative side of every project seamlessly supports the creative side. While she may not be designing buildings, she takes great pride in enabling others to do their best work—helping the firm stay focused on delivering meaningful, well-crafted projects. Outside the office, Marcela enjoys hands-on creative outlets and the satisfaction of bringing order and balance to complex systems—financial or otherwise.
