Constructed in 1921 on one of the first military airstrips on the west coast — better known today as Crissy Field — buildings 920 and 934 were brought into full compliance with LEED Silver standards and prevailing codes for leasing by the Presidio Trust’s real estate office. Following a full seismic, access and mechanical and electrical systems upgrade of the steel and concrete structures, Building 920, a former parachute shop, was built out by TEF as the new home of the University of San Francisco Presidio Campus. Building 934, formerly an engine repair shop, currently houses a bicycle shop.
