The design of a sales center and model units for this mixed-use luxury development reflects the eclectic fabric of its Potrero Hill setting where the Mission District, UCSF Mission Bay, SOMA Design District, and manufacturing warehouses intersect. A total of 162 units of studios, one and two- bedroom flats, and two and three-bedroom townhomes with private entrances are configured around garden courtyards and a central mews. Anchored by Whole Foods, the project also features a fitness center and Yoga and Pilates studios.
