Ask me about:

A historical architect with nearly two decades of experience, Lindsey has dedicated her career to extending the life and relevance of historic buildings.

Specializing in the assessment, documentation, and rehabilitation of historic structures, Lindsey brings particular skill in interpreting how a building’s historic significance, physical condition, code requirements, and proposed use interact. She helps clients focus investment on the issues most consequential to a property’s long-term viability. Her ability to balance preservation priorities with practical constraints allows her to develop rehabilitation strategies that protect each building’s defining character while positioning it for continued or new use.

As a Senior Associate, Lindsey is helping expand TEF’s preservation practice and shape its approach to the stewardship of existing places. She brings a distinct and inclusive perspective to preservation, considering cultural meaning, change over time, and the needs of current communities alongside the condition of original fabric. Her work reflects a belief that preservation should keep places connected to their stories while allowing them to remain useful and relevant.
