Jennifer’s experience spans a wide range of project types on both coasts. After beginning her career in New York, she founded her own practice before relocating to San Francisco, where she continues to balance design, strategy, and leadership at TEF. Known for her thoughtful approach and creative problem-solving, she has shaped environments across education, workplace, wellness, and housing, each grounded in a clear understanding of client goals and community context.
Her passion lies in guiding clients through a collaborative discovery process that leads to places authentically aligned with organizational values and purpose. This approach is reflected in her work on education projects such as Convent & Stuart Hall’s Student Wellness & Athletic Center, the Town School for Boys Engineering Lab, and Cypress Preschool, as well as in her collaboration with clients such as the Bay Area Headquarters Authority and the Presidio Trust to create adaptable workplaces that support the evolving needs of contemporary organizations.
Jennifer earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Urbana–Champaign.
