Karen has led more than 3 million square feet of healthcare projects for leading providers, including Stanford Health Care, UCSF, Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, and El Camino Health. Her work also extends to higher education and public-serving projects, including many of TEF’s most significant renovations. She is particularly skilled at uncovering creative opportunities within established standards, existing buildings, and demanding program requirements.
