In healthcare, his work balances patient comfort, staff workflow, and safety across clinical, surgical, imaging, infusion, and behavioral health settings. In K–12 environments, he has shaped new and modernized spaces that support learning, administration, athletics, dining, and community use.

As a Senior Associate at TEF, Mark provides quality assurance support and serves on the firm’s Project Management Committee, helping maintain consistent standards, strengthen project delivery processes, and keep teams aligned around expectations for quality, coordination, and performance.
