Rachel is passionate about designing resilient infrastructure and public environments that are responsive to the people they serve. Her background in visual communication complements her strength in stakeholder engagement, allowing her to synthesize diverse perspectives, clarify complex information, and build alignment around design decisions. At TEF, much of her work has focused on SFO’s Terminal 3 West Modernization, where she collaborates closely with a large multidisciplinary team and an extensive stakeholder group. Her experience also includes healthcare and higher education projects, broadening her understanding of how different users experience and navigate complex institutional environments. Across these settings, her expertise in signage, branding, graphics, and wayfinding helps make information clear and spaces more intuitive.
