The renovation of this multi-use, 378 seat auditorium — located at the nexus of core medical and research buildings UCSF Parnassus — provides the campus with a fully-equipped, acoustically sound facility that accommodates a wide range of campus and community uses including academic classroom overflow, lectures, monthly movie showings, and special presentations and performances. Accelerated design and construction was meticulously coordinated to facilitate a joint OSHPD submittal and to gain efficiencies with the seismic separation of the project’s host building from Moffitt Hospital.
