Located at the Parnassus campus, Millberry Union sits at the heart of UCSF’s original development, serving as its founding student union. Following a comprehensive building assessment, TEF developed a programming study with recommendations to meet the strategic initiatives of building tenants, address deferred maintenance and code compliance deficiencies, and advance the University’s Long Range Development Plan. Key recommendations include improving the main building entrance, resolving waterproofing issues along the northern façade, and upgrading the lower level fitness areas and locker rooms. TEF is currently completing work on improvements to the Meeting + Events Center.
